Modern | Contemporary Teaching Artist

A modern/contemporary dance artist and educator with a teaching practice rooted in clarity, technique, and intentional embodiment. The work supports dancers of all ages and training backgrounds

from young movers to collegiate and professional artists; with specialization in beginner to intermediate Ballet, Horton Technique, and Limón-based Modern practice.
Teaching is approached as both artistry and mentorship, centering alignment, musicality, and breath. Classes prioritize grounded technique, expressive movement, and a patient, detail-oriented path toward rigor, curiosity, and confidence.
This practice is also shaped by Sealsism, an evolving modern-contemporary methodology influenced by synesthetic color awareness, torso-driven initiation, and the technical lineages of Horton, Limón, and Graham. Within this approach, color and light guide intention and dynamic quality, inviting dancers to move through sensation, imagery, and internal vibration.

Modern | Contemporary Teaching Artist

Technique-based instruction for youth, adult movers, and pre-professional dancers. Training emphasizes modern/contemporary foundations, Horton and Limón principles, and beginner–intermediate ballet, building alignment, musicality, confidence, and expressive clarity.
